  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER YOUR SHOP ITEMS?

    Orders online are shipped to mainland UK only.

    Please note, our standard postage does not include islands, such as the Shetland islands, there is a higher delivery charge with our courier for these postcodes. Please contact us to arrange.

    We ship internationally when requested. If you are overseas and would like to order from us, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.

  • CAN I SEND A MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

    Of course. With every item we send we attach cards and cute notes. Just let us know what message you’d like us to send. You can also keep this all a surprise.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY DRIED FLOWERS LAST?

    Dried flowers can last between 2 - 3 years.

  • CARING FOR DRIED FLORALS?

    Please keep dried flowers away from direct light, heat & humidity. Dried flowers are best kept in a bump free area. Do not water dried flowers. Your order comes with a care card to give you best details.

  • HOW DO I GET AN INSTALLATION?

    For all our commercial and residential installations you can either contact us for our bespoke service or you purchase a wall piece from our homeware section.
    For bespoke installations feel free to send over location and inspiration and we can book a site visit. More details CLICK HERE.

  • HOW WILL I RECIEVE MY DELIVERY?

    After your purchase we will send out your delivery either with our delivery team or via courier. We will send you details after purchase.

  • ORDERS & REMAKES

    All images shown in the HAND TIED BOUQUETS tab are for reference only. When you purchase an item it will be re-made, therefore allow for slight variations from the images. Please keep this in mind when asking us to replicate a design, that it may not look exactly but we will make you aware if anything varies. This is due to dried flowers being seasonal & naturally dyed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • HOW LONG DOES AN INSTALLATION TAKE?

    Your design can take from 1-4 weeks lead time depending on size. We make the design beforehand in our studio, then install on a desired day & time.

CHANGING/CANCELLING ORDER.

If you wish to change your order (delivery date or address) please give us 12 hours notice.

If you wish to cancel your order please give us 72 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 72 hours no refund will be given.
